HOBY Washington CrossFit Challenge!

Who: HOBY and NW CrossFit Friends and Family (and anyone who would like to know more about HOBY and/or CrossFit)
Why: HOBY Washington needs to raise over $30,000 for the 2011 HOBY Leadership Seminar June 2-5, 2011 at Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle. We hope we can attract at least 100 people to come to the HOBY CrossFit Challenge and donate $10 or more so we can raise at least $1000 toward seminar costs. But, mainly, it’s going to be a lot of fun getting together to do a special Hugh O’Brian Youth Workout of the Day (HOBY WOD) at 2:30, talk about CrossFit, talk about HOBY, eat great food, and spend a wonderful afternoon together.
